The series had been made safe for those who scare easily. This is clearly one of the more "darker" Tinker Bell films. The ending is (real plot spoiler) similar to something what we would expect out of the "Fifth Element." Dawn dies, but only for a moment as she is revived. (I personally know 2 of them.) Later in the film the Neverbeast is introduced, again initially in a scary manner, but Dawn pulls the thorn out of its paw and they become friends as the ending once again gets dark with lightning etc. This scene may be too intense for some kids, you know the ones who can't get past the opening of Nemo. Later we see Hawks chasing fairies with the intent of eating them. Fawn loves animals and in the beginning rescues a fairy eating baby hawk. The message is to learn to think with your head and not your heart. This review contains plot spoilers so parents can make decisions. Reviewed by nogodnomasters 10 / 10 COULD YOU DESCRIBE THAT ROAR? Until now, we really have not had a strong idea of who Fawn was. It's fun to see the dynamic of the other characters as well. I actually liked the change that it wasn't completely focused on Tinkerbell. If you are a Tinkerbell fan and love the series, this does not disappoint. Although these are geared for children, anyone can enjoy them. Both story lines have a strong appeal that can be entertaining for even adults. As far as storyline strengths, I would compare this to the great fairy rescue. Of course like all Disney movies, we have a happy ending, but I enjoyed this as a strong finish to a delightful series. Make sure you have a box of tissue, this is a tearjerker. The storyline is strong, the characters are fun, and the movie all over heartwarming. Like the other reviews have stated, Fawn is the main character, but this makes no difference. This is by far my favorite Tinkerbell movie.
